What happens after I ask for a preview?

We build a free preview of your website and email it to you within 48 hours. If you tell us your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook page, current website or what you'd like, we use it to make the preview feel like yours. If you love it, we put it live and set up your Google presence. If not, you pay nothing.

Will I show up on Google?

We set up your Google Business Profile (the Maps listing), your website's SEO basics and a sitemap submitted to Google. Nobody can guarantee rankings, but you'll have everything Google needs to find and show you.

What about ChatGPT and AI search?

AI tools recommend businesses they can clearly understand. We make sure your services, location and prices are written clearly and consistently across your website and Google listing. No one controls what ChatGPT says, but this gives you the best chance.

How do I make changes?

Just message us on WhatsApp, the way you'd text a friend. Our AI assistant prepares the change and sends you a preview, and nothing goes live until you reply YES. If it can't do something, a person on our team takes over.

Can customers get a quote, book or pay online?

Yes. We add action buttons (book, pay, get a quote or call) linked to your own tools: a booking tool like Calendly or Acuity for booking a visit, a Stripe payment link for a deposit, or your phone number. The Free plan has one button; Lite and Standard have as many as you need. Setting them up is included. The tools are yours, so any fees they charge are between you and them.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Lite and Standard. If you already own one, we'll connect it. If not, we'll set up a new one for you, included in the price. The Free plan uses a yourname.pingsites.co.uk address.

What counts as a change?

Everyday edits like new prices, areas covered, holiday closures, photos of a finished job or a new service are included. The Free plan has 2 a month; Lite and Standard are unlimited. On Lite, new pages are included up to your 5-page limit; on Standard, new pages and sections are unlimited. Anything bigger, like a bespoke booking system, is agreed with you before we start. Hosting, security and your domain renewal are always included.

What if I want to leave?

Monthly plans have no contract: cancel any time. Yearly plans are paid for 12 months up front and only renew if you want them to. Whenever you leave, we'll hand over your site and transfer your domain to you.
